Newspaper Pencils

Next time you're in search of something to write with, don't settle for ordinary pencils. Look for recycled newspaper pencils! They use our garbage and turn it into something useful! They come with cool writing designs as well.

About This Blog

For my class, AP Environmental Science, I read a book about how we need a green revolution - serious changes in energy consumption, corporations, and government that will totally restructure the systems of how we do things. However, as just one little person, I know that I don't have the power to change Big Oil's mind, or to change global policies. I just have the power to control me. Therefore, I still believe strongly in the little things that we can do each and every day for the planet. So whether or not recycling and "being green" is enough, its all that I have, and its what I'd like each and every one of us to do, in one way or another.

My goal is to find tips and tricks that go beyond what you can find on Google. Everyone knows that they should turn the lights off and drive less...but I believe that there is more for us to do than the "10 Easy Tips To Being Green" that comes up first in your search results. 365 ways means 1 post every day for 1 year. This isn't always easy, and I may get a little behind, but I am determined to make it there. I am learning so much, and I hope that you are too.
